Qualitas Holdings Corp. - Otter Property
The 1,319 hectare Otter property is an epithermal precious metal project, 17 kilometres north-northwest of Princeton, British Columbia. The Otter property lies in the Spences Bridge Gold Belt of south central British Columbia, a host for low sulphidation epithermal mineralization. Previous exploration by Tanqueray Resources Ltd. in 2006 and Fox Resources Ltd. in 2008 and 2009 located two target areas, Grid B and Grid E. Grid B host three northwest-southeast trending multi-element linear soil anomalies 750 to 900 metres in length and 50 to 250 metres in width. Grid E hosts a 1600 metre long by 100 to 200 metre wide linear multi-element soil anomaly along a regional lineament. Spearmint completed an $81,000 fall 2012 line-cutting and Induced Polarization survey over Grid E locating coincident resistivity and chargeability anomalies within the regional lineament. Mechanical trenching is recommended.

Qualitas Holdings Corp. - Tahsis Property
The 4,865 hectare Tahsis property is a road accessible precious metals project, 105 kilometres northwest of Campbell River, British Columbia. The Tahsis Property lies on northern Vancouver Island, an area of high geological potential. The geology consists of Eocene Mt. Washington Intrusive Suite quartz diorites in the north and central portion, a thin band of Triassic Quatsino limestone running through the length of property, and Jurassic quartz diorite intrusions in the north and central areas of the property. Anomalous gold stream sediment geochemistry is associated with the intrusive contacts of the quartz diorite proximal to the limestone. Gold Ridge Exploration Corp. completed a $115,500 spring 2011 exploration program, locating two anomalous areas within the claim block. Sojourn Ventures Inc. followed up with a $109,000 fall 2013 exploration program expanding the two key anomalies and identifying a potential third anomalous soil zone. A program of airborne magnetics and time domain electromagnetics is recommended.

Qualitas Holdings Corp Qualitas Holdings Corp. - SC Property - Optioned to Interconnect Capital Corporation
The 166 hectare SC property is an epithermal precious metal project, 24 kilometres south of Merritt, British Columbia. The SC property lies in the Spences Bridge Gold Belt of south central British Columbia, a host for low sulphidation epithermal mineralization. Appleton Exploration Inc. completed programs of road and grid soil geochemistry, rock sampling, mapping, airborne geophysics, channel soil trenching and excavator trenching between 2006 and 2011 over a larger claim block which included the present SC property. The G Zone, the main SC target, hosts significant near surface gold anomalies in both soil and rock along a suspected regional fault. The best zone ran 0.919 gpt Au over 6 metres from the trenching in an area of abundant alteration.

Qualitas Holdings Corp Princeton Property - Princeton, British Columbia.
The 4,434 hectare Princeton property is a road accessible auriferous quartz vein project located 35 kilometres south of Princeton, British Columbia. Initial exploration by the property vendor between 2008 and 2011 was successful in locating gold in stream sediment anomalies that led to angular quartz float boulders that ranged in grade from 10.3 parts per billion Au to 21 grams per tonne Au. Windfie Capital Corp. optioned the property as its Qualifying Transaction in 2011 and completed over $241,000 in exploration, consisting of two programs of soil sampling and prospecting, locating three areas of gold-sulfide mineralization. The key area was Area 2 where multiple linear, parallel gold-in-soil anomalies were highlighted, with the largest being 500 to 650 metres in length. Prospecting was successful in locating auriferous quartz-sulfide mineralization within the soil anomalies, with 13 of the 36 samples taken from outcrop and sub angular to angular quartz float boulders returning gold values in excess of 10 grams per tonne with three in excess of 60 grams per tonne. This property is approaching the three year limit of exploration expenditures for a Qualifying Transaction for a Capital Pool Corporation, and is also more than suitable for an Initial Public Offering. Qualitas Holdings Corp Qualitas Holdings Corp. and Novus Gold Corp. - PC Property - Optioned to Earny Resources Ltd.
The 2452 hectare PC property is an epithermal precious metal project, 41 kilometres west Merritt, British Columbia. The PC property lies in the Spences Bridge Gold Belt of south central British Columbia, a host for low sulphidation epithermal mineralization. Qualitas and Novus completed a $112,000 fall 2011 exploration program locating four distinct gold-in-soil anomalies: 2800 metre long Anomaly A, 1300 metre long Anomaly B, 100 metre long Anomaly C and 200 metre long Anomaly D. Earny Resources Ltd. followed up with a $103,000 fall 2012 exploration program locating three zones of potential epithermal mineralization. Programs of detailed soil sampling, Induced Polarization geophysical surveying and follow up diamond drilling is recommended.

Qualitas Holdings Corp Qualitas Holdings Corp. and Novus Gold Corp. - GP Property - Optioned to Carolina Capital Corp.
The 1906 hectare GP property is an epithermal precious metal project, 25 kilometres northeast of Lytton, British Columbia. The GP property lies in the Spences Bridge Gold Belt of south central British Columbia, a host for low sulphidation epithermal mineralization. Qualitas and Novus completed a $108,000 fall 2011 exploration program locating a 3 kilometre long gold-in-soil and arsenic-in-soil northwest trending linear anomaly. Carolina followed up with a $108,000 summer 2013 exploration program over the heart of the anomaly further sharpening and defining it. A program of deep Induced Polarization is recommended.

Qualitas Holdings Corp Qualitas Holdings Corp. - Southern Belle Property - Optioned to Alexandra Capital Corp.
The 3517 hectare SB property is a road accessible epithermal precious metal project, 25 kilometres west of Merritt, British Columbia. The SB property lies in the Spences Bridge Gold Belt of south central British Columbia, a host for low sulphidation epithermal precious metal mineralization. MGM Resources Corp. completed a $115,000 exploration program in May 2012 but could not close its IPO due to the financial markets of late 2012 early 2013, subsequently returning the property to Qualitas. MGM took 1223 soils from a 200 metre by 50 metre grid over the southern half of the property confirming the earlier exploration results of Strongbow Exploration Inc. in 2006. Three anomalous zones were located: Anomaly C - a 1400 metre semi-continuous linear gold-in-soil anomaly that appears to host the suspected strike projection of the NIC Zone from the Prospect Valley property to the south; Anomaly B - a 1600 metre, semi-continuous linear gold-in-soil anomaly that appears to be the suspected strike projection of the PV Zone from the Prospect Valley property to the south; Anomaly A - an 800 NW trending linear anomaly in the NW section of the grid. Alexandra plans to complete a program geological mapping, prospecting of MGM anomalies and grid soil sampling over the northern half of the property.
